A manufacturing method of a functional fan by use of a complex photocatalyst is provided to purify and sterilize the air that is polluted and to remove minute dust or bad smell. In a manufacturing method of a functional fan by use of a complex photocatalyst, the aeration wings(2) are injection molded and assembled by going through a photocatalyst conversion process of TIO2 photocatalyst and CO2 photocatalyst AL2O3, making enzyme system microorganism take root thereon and then inserting a high-grade natural magnet(3). An ultraviolet lamp(6) and an infrared ray lamp(7) are installed on the upper layer portion of the functional fan to irradiate light onto the discharged wind and to generate sterilized, deodorized and purified wind.
