A soil pavement composition and a soil pavement constructing method for using the same are provided to increase coloring performance, using shell powder whose absorption factor is high and to excel in external view by forming a dense pavement layer without cavity. A soil pavement constructing method comprises the methods of; forming an assistant base layer(12) with 5 to 30 cm thickness through roller pressing; pouring concrete on the assistant base and forming a base layer(13) with 5 to 30 cm thickness; forming a separation layer(14) with 0.1 to 0.5 cm through spraying or pavement on the base layer; and wet-mixing 20 to 60 weight% of aggregate fines, 5 to 30 weight% of waste cement, 1 to 25 weight% of soil powder, and 1 to 5 weight% of pigment on the separation layer, and adding to the mixture, 3 to 25 weight% of cement, and 5 to 50 weight of water for 100 weight of the compound so that a soil pavement(15) is formed. 5 to 20 weight of shell powder is added to the 100 weight of the compound. |
