A coffee roaster is provided to maintain hot water at constant temperature and heat the hot water without using a gas burner for heating hot water tank, by producing hot water such that heat from the gas burner and radiation heat from a ceramic dome is transferred to a hot water tank. A dome-shaped coffee roaster(1) having a heating unit installed therein, comprises a gas burner(7), a hot water tank(5), a heat absorbing pipe(11a), and a heat radiating pipe(11b). The gas burner is installed on a bottom side within a ceramic dome(2) of the coffee roaster. The hot water tank is installed aside the ceramic dome. The heat absorbing pipe is installed in a hot space between the gas burner and an inner wall of the ceramic dome, as one side of a pipe(11) through which a heating medium is forcibly circulated by a pump(10) installed outside the ceramic dome. The heat radiating pipe as the other side of the pipe is immersed in water on a lower side of the hot water tank. |
