A device and a method for managing a line number sheet in a mobile telecomm system are provided to automate management of the line number sheet by collecting and managing a core network line number sheet automatically, and improve service quality by monitoring a line state in real-time based on automating line number sheet management. A collector(120) collects core network line number sheet information from an element management system periodically or an information collection command of an operator computer. A classifier(130) classifies the collected core network line number sheet information into each area or equipment, and stores the classified core network line number sheet information to a database(190). An extractor(140) provides a search result to the operator computer by searching the database when a line number sheet inquiry request signal is received from the operator computer connected to a line number sheet manager. An updater(150) updates the line number sheet information stored in the database when a line number sheet information update request signal is received from the operator computer. |
