FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: sampled oral fluid is tested before tooth brushing and additionally in 10 minutes after rinsing with 20-25% ethanol solution. Then drops of supernatant fluid of every test sample in amount 0.01-0.02 ml is applied to microscope slide, dried at temperature 17-25C within 2 hours, and after that comparative microscopy is performed. Detected contracted surface of additional dried sample drop indicates lowered oral cavity resistance. ^ EFFECT: possibility of early detection of individual nonspecific oral cavity resistance and evaluation of inflammatory process risk in short terms. ^ 2 ex, 4 dwg
