Screw-type pumping unit for sand-containing oil production consists of the following equipment: surface drive, casing head stuffing box-preventor, oil-well tubing, rotational column of tubular rods, upper end of which is equipped with swivel, and discharge lines. The first discharge line is connected to the oil-well tubing and intake header and is equipped with valve to generate an effect of pumping unit compensator; the second discharge line is connected to the tubular rods rotational column via throttle valve and swivel. The lower end of the tubular rods rotational column is equipped with intake filter. ^ EFFECT: complete removal of sand from well together with the pumped well fluid to prevent sand plugs in borehole working area. ^ 1 dwg |
