FIELD: mechanic engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying plants and can be used in food, chemical petrochemical, medical, pharmaceutical and other industries. Spray dryer for liquid products in fluidised bed of inert bodies includes body with gas-distributing lattice, injector for liquid product and turner overhanging lattice. Rotor with drive and blades is installed horizontally in the body. Rotor can be adjusted in radial direction in inert bodies' bed over the turner. Rotor is represented with axis and rotating bushing with blades and actuated by drive pair of toothed circular crown fixed to turner blades and drive pinion installed on rotor. Rotor axis is rigidly fixed to the body under injector. Number of turner blades is selected equal to no less than three. Fastening to turner body represented with conical bushing is done with fasteners. ^ EFFECT: intensification of heat-and-mass transfer when crystal seed is used as inert body. ^ 2 dwg |
