A mandrel for treating the semicircular helical flutes, in which through spherical openings over external surface of separator are made with diameter equal to the diameter of balls; moreover these openings are located along the helix, whose quantity is equal to 4-10, depending on the inside diameter of the helical flute of connection and quantity of helical flutes of billet with the distances between adjacent openings equal to (1.3… 1.6) D, in addition to this upper end of the shank is square or has profile cross section, which is found in interaction with the slider of press, with possibility of reciprocating and rotary motion with a pitch, which is equal to the pitch of helix. |
