A method for preoperative preparation of the patients with the mediastinal cancer with the narrowed lumen of trachea comprises placing the stent within the area of stenosis preoperatively. The length and the diameter of the linear endoprosthesis are selected individually. The stent is removed postoperatively according to the clinical indications. |
