A method for surgical treatment of recrudescent eventration comprises the use of anterior abdominal wall tissues for the defect plasty. During the operation after suturing of wound edges a synthetic transplant – a polypropylene net is sutured under the autoplasty or placed between the peritoneum and muscular-aponeurotical layer.
