An oil cooling device of an electric motor is provided to improve cooling efficiency by forming a housing with a cooling path of aluminum having high thermal conductivity, thereby extending a lifespan of the electric motor. An oil cooling device of an electric motor(1) includes a plurality of linear cooling path(11) and a plurality of circumference grooves. The linear cooling paths are formed in a housing(10). The circumference grooves are formed in a front bearing housing(20) and a rear bearing housing(30). The electric motor includes a rotor(3), a stator(4), the housing, and the front bearing housing and the rear bearing housing. The rotor is fixed to the outside of a rotation shaft(2) around the rotation shaft. The stator causes rotation force of the rotor.
