An oven for roasting meat is provided to get rid of toxin contained in meat and prevent the meat from burning or being discolored by roasting the meat with indirect heat passing through or radiating from a ceramic plate, thereby ensuring delightful flavor while keeping protein quality of the meat high. An oven for roasting meat by using indirect heat accumulated in an internal space of the oven, comprises an oven body, a roasting room, and a heating space(50). The oven body comprises an outer frame forming a cubic structure, a fire brick(60) finishing the outer frame, a plurality of vents(14) formed at least one of a bottom side finished by the fire brick, or left and right sides, a flue(16) releasing internal combustion heat to the outside air, an insert opening for inserting meat on an upper front side, a fire hole for inserting charcoal, and a caster(17) facilitating moving of the oven body. The roasting room comprises an inner frame(21) fixed inside the oven body, a rail(40) for putting a skewer(41) with meat fixed on upper side of the inner frame, a V-shaped bottom side(22) having an oil outlet(23) and connected to an oil outlet pipe(24), a ceramic plate(30) punched with holes to be fitted at least one of the left and right side, front and back side, or upper side of the inner frame, and having far-infrared radiation effect, and an insert opening for inserting meat therethrough. The heating space is defined between the roasting room and the oven body.
