A cam shaft manufacturing apparatus having a burr elimination device is provided to prevent cam shafts from being degraded due to a burr by automatically performing a burr elimination process relative to all cam shafts. A cam shaft manufacturing apparatus having a burr elimination device comprises a cam shaft lifter(2), a position controller, a brush driver and a controller. The cam shaft lifter includes a driving cylinder(2a) and a support member(2b). The driving cylinder is coupled with a frame(1) and has a taking-out rod for lifting a cam shaft up. The support member supports the cam shaft at both sides of the driving cylinder. The position controller includes a driving centering machine(3) and a driven centering machine(14). The brush driver includes a driving motor, a brush support frame and a brush unit. The controller controls all devices for shaping the cam shaft and removing generated burrs.
