A magnetron unit is provided to prevent the temperature of magnet from being raised, as well as ensuring necessary intensity of magnetic field, by using a heat dissipation member having a thermal conduction isolating member. An anode cylinder(260) emits an electron, and magnet(250) is installed in parallel with both sides of the anode cylinder. Yokes are installed on both ends of the magnet to support the magnet. A hear dissipation member(240) has a thermal conduction isolating member for preventing the heat generated from the anode cylinder from being transmitted to the magnet. The thermal conduction isolating member has a first heat dissipation portion(240a) for dissipating the heat generated from the anode cylinder and a second heat dissipation portion(240b) spaced apart from the first heat dissipation portion.
