A clutch master cylinder of a vehicle is provided to improve an operational capability of a clutch pedal as well as design freedom of a clutch mechanism. A clutch master cylinder of a vehicle comprises a push rod(100), a cylinder body(200), an orifice(210), a spool valve(110), a drain port(220) and a drain hole(120). The push rod and the cylinder body operate a clutch mechanism by pressurizing operating oil according to stepping force of a pedal. The orifice communicated with a power steering pump is formed in one middle part of the cylinder body. The spool valve for opening/closing the orifice selectively according to a phase is formed in a middle part of the push rod. The drain port is formed in one part of the cylinder body. The drain hole for communicating the drain port with the inside of the cylinder body according to the phase is formed inside the middle part of the push rod.
