A flow control taper valve is provided to reduce pressure drop in a valve chamber and to readily adjust a handle within a range of 1° to 180° using a predetermined amount of fluid to reduce power consumption. A flow control taper valve includes a valve body(100), an adjustment unit, a shaft seal stem(131), an eccentric rotary shaft(122), a valve guide socket(121), a socket support frame(123), a pin(124), a valve disc(111), a disc seat packing(112), and an alignment ring(113). The valve body includes a disc seat(100a) and a shaft seal stem chamber(130a). The adjustment unit is mounted on the shaft seal stem chamber. The shaft seal stem has a groove formed at an outer periphery to mount an O-ring. The eccentric rotary shaft is coupled to a coupling(122b) to receive rotary force. The valve guide socket is in contact with a U-shaped inner surface of the valve guide socket. The pin prevents separation of the socket support frame. The valve disc adjusts a flow rate. The disc seat packing blocks flow of the fluid. The alignment ring controls rotary force of the valve guide socket.
