An installation structure for a shock absorber of a rear suspension is provided to prevent vibration due to shaking of tailing arms from being generated and to absorb the vibration by sufficiently increasing a stroke section of the shock absorber. An installation structure for a shock absorber of a rear suspension comprises a cylinder(11), a shock absorber(10) having a piston rod(12) and installed between a vehicle body and a trailing arm(20), and a connection member(30) having an end portion coupled to the trailing arm. The piston rod includes a top end portion fixedly installed at the vehicle body and an opposite end portion rotatably installed on the end portion of the connection member. The connection member is provided at the opposite ends with one bush(40') coupled to the cylinder of the shock absorber and the other bush(40) coupled to the place where the trailing arm is connected. |
