A preparation method of healthful rice cake is provided to simplify the working process and to reduce the production cost by using corn flour as a main ingredient for rice cake dough. A preparation method of healthful rice cake comprises the steps of: (a) mixing 50.4~52.4wt% of corn flour, 5.6~7.6wt% of sugar, 1.0~3.0wt% of salt, 0.8~2.8wt% of green tea leaves, 0.8~2.8wt% of mugwort, 0.8~2.8wt% of pumpkin, 0.8~2.8wt% of brown rice, and 0.8~2.8wt% of adlay; (b) adding 31.8~33.8wt% of water to the mixture and kneading it to make rice cake; (c) putting 25.0~30.0wt.pt. of cream, based on 100wt.pt. of the rice cake; and (d) coating the rice cake with 35.0~40.0wt.pt. of chocolate, based on 100wt.pt. of the rice cake. |
