An antenna for magnetron is provided to increase efficiency of a transmission circuit by optimizing an impedance characteristic of separated portions of the magnetron. Plural vanes are disposed towards an axial direction in a radial pattern to form a cavity resonator. An A-seal is installed on an upper portion of the vanes to interrupt external leakage of a harmonic frequency. An A-ceramic is provided on an upper end of the A-seal to serve as a passage of the harmonic frequency. A hollow exhaust pipe is provided on an upper end of the A-ceramic. An antenna(320) is extended in the A-seal and outputs the harmonic frequency. The antenna has a connection portion(325) connected to the vanes, an extension portion(326) passing through a center of the A-seal and the A-ceramic, and an output(327) disposed at the center portion of the exhaust pipe.
