An intercooler of controlling the temperature of cooling water in an engine is provided to improve the operation of the intercooler by installing intercooler angle changing device such that the intercooler rotates at an optimum angle according to the speed of a vehicle and the temperature of cooling water. An intercooler of controlling the temperature of cooling water comprises a radiator(20), an intercooler fixing frame(10) installed at a front side of the radiator, a first intercooler(11) disposed at an inner upper side of the intercooler fixing frame, a second intercooler(12) disposed at an inner lower side of the intercooler fixing frame, an intercooler connection part(13) and an intercooler angle changing device(14) having a stepping motor. The intercooler connection part is connected to two sides of the first intercooler and the second intercooler to be connected to an inner side of the intercooler fixing frame.
