SOIL STABILIZER COMPOSITE RECYCLING WASTE CONCRETE SLUDGE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF

A preparation method of solid stabilizer composition is provided to recycle waste concrete sludge and to improve the coefficient of permeability and stability of the structure by substituting a part of solid stabilizer with calcined waste concrete sludge. A preparation method of solid stabilizer composition comprises steps of: (S100) calcining waste concrete sludge cake generated in a recycled aggregate manufacturing process in a rotary Kiln of 350-600deg.C for 15-60 minutes in order to remove absorptive water and organic material and to activate hydrated reactive material; (S200) grinding the calcined waste concrete sludge powder until the degree of particle size reaches 2,500-3,500cm^2/g; and (S300) preparing solid stabilizer composition by mixing 5-25wt% of the prepared waste concrete sludge powder, 50-90wt% of surface soil from soft ground and 5-25wt% of water. In the step (S200), 40-60% of grinding ball and 40-60% of the calcined waste concrete sludge are ground at 80-100rpm. The ground particles are classified according to particle size in classification step (S250). The excluded particles from the step (S250) are returned to step (S200). In the step (S300), the composition comprises 10-20wt% of calcined waste concrete sludge powder, 30-40wt% of Portland cement, 30-40wt% of furnace slag fine powder and 5-15wt% of calcium sulfoaluminate, in addition to 5-10wt% of gypsum or 1-10wt% of lime or a mixture consisting of 5-10wt% of gypsum and 1-10wt% of lime, with respect to 100wt% of solid stabilizer.
