A low-frequency foot hold is provided to allow a user to relieve fatigue of his or her feet through low-frequency waves, and to promote use of the foot hold by letting the user at any place conveniently. A low-frequency foot hold comprises: an upper casing(100); a left foot shape(10) and a right foot shape(20) engraved on the upper casing; a left-hand side output waveform display window(15) and a right-hand side output waveform display window(25); a plurality of acupressure projections(30) formed on the foot shapes; a left arch curved portion(40) and a right arch curved portion(50); a left ceramic globular protrusion(60) and a right ceramic globular protrusion(61); an operation level switch(70) at the center; a lamp(80) installed at the top end of the operation level switch; a lower casing(101); and a low-frequency controller connected to a line of the low-frequency foot hold.
