An automatic test system and a test method for slump flow of concrete are provided to obtain more objective result in detecting a large aggregate distribution ratio by using a computing device. An automatic test system for slump flow of concrete includes a digital camera(11) and a computing device(21). The digital camera photographs moving concrete periodically. The computing device includes a digital camera control module(22), a slump flow analysis module(23), and a large aggregate distribution detecting module(24). The digital camera control module controls photographing and storing processes of the digital camera. The slump flow analysis module performs slump flow detection by analyzing images from the digital camera. The large aggregate distribution detecting module detects a large aggregate distribution ratio by analyzing the images from the digital camera.
