A heating radiator is provided to increase heating efficiency by mounting knurled copper pipes in heating pipes, thereby carrying out effective heat exchange. A heating radiator includes upper and lower copper pipe bars(30,32) formed with a plurality of holes at regular intervals, fixing bushings(31) inserted into the holes of the bars and fixed thereto by welding, copper pipes(10) formed with a plurality of knurled grooves on an inner periphery thereof, aluminum radiating pipes(20) formed with central holes inserted by the copper pipes and formed with heating fins in every direction, and covers attached to the bars. The copper pipe has a diameter-expanded center part to contact the aluminum radiating pipe and a diameter-reduced end part(12) to be inserted into the fixing bushing.
