An arc shaped shoe sole is provided to make the bottom surface of the center portion of the shoe outsole supported by a support portion and to make the bottom surface of the shoe sole maintain to have an arc shape. A hard midsole(20) is embedded in the inner side of a shoe sole(10). The shoe sole is made of soft synthetic resin material and the bottom surface of the shoe sole is formed in an arc shape. Plural penetrating holes are formed in the hard midsole. A non-slip sole(30) that is made of a rubber material that is tougher than the shoe outsole is attached to the bottom of the shoe sole. On the bottom of the center portion of the hard midsole, a support portion(22) is integrally formed to protrude downwardly. A broad support surface(23) is formed on the bottom of the support portion.
