A moisture separator structure for an automobile exhaust gas measuring system is provided to confirm whether moisture is collected in a moisture discharge device or not, and obtain excellent moisture separating performance by performing an automatic moisture separating function. A moisture separator structure for an automobile exhaust gas measuring system comprises: a moisture separating device(50) for flowing exhaust gas into the moisture separator body housing having a moisture separating function therein to separate moisture contained in the exhaust gas; and a moisture discharge device(60) which is formed under the moisture separating device, which can confirm whether moisture is collected in the moisture discharge device or not, and which automatically discharges moisture if the moisture is collected in the moisture discharge device at a predetermined water level, wherein the moisture separating device includes a moisture separator body housing(51) having an exhaust gas inlet formed at one side thereof to flow exhaust gas into the moisture separator body housing, a central shaft supporting member installed in the central shaft direction in the moisture separator body housing, a plurality of perforated plates(55) vertically installed in a portion of an internal space of the moisture separator body housing, and a gas outlet(54) formed at a predetermined position of the moisture separator body housing to exhaust moisture-removed gas to the outside of the moisture separator body housing.
