A rotary type air sign balloon is provided to reduce noise and to prevent breakage even if load is applied, by rotating an air pillar by the air sent by a blower. In a rotary type air sign balloon, a prop(10) has a protruded wall(12) protruded toward the upper side on the outer edge of an upper wall(13) and formed in an annular shape. In a rotating plate(20), each one end of connecting parts(22) is connected to a shaft support unit(21) formed in the center and extended in a radial direction. An annular ring part(23) is connected to the end of the connecting part. An air bumping surface(23a) is formed at the inner edge of the ring part. The outer edge of the ring part is positioned adjacently to the protruded wall of the prop. The shaft support unit is connected to a rotary shaft(136) supported in the center of the prop and rotatably supported to the prop while the air bumping surface is disposed in the protruded wall. An air pillar(30) is made of flexible material and formed in a tube shape. The lower end of the air pillar is combined to the ring part of the rotating plate so that the air pillar is expanded in a column form by the pressure of the air flowing to the inside and erectly set up. A blower(40) is installed at the prop to suck the air from the lower part of the prop and blow the air to the inside of the air pillar by bumping some or whole of the air against the air bumping surface of the rotating plate. A lighting device(50) is installed at the prop to irradiate the light to the inside of the air pillar. |
