An asymmetric styryl derivative is provided to improve the light emitting efficiency and luminance of a blue light emitting organic electroluminescence device and to realize excellent thermal stability. An asymmetric styryl derivative is represented by the following formula. In the formula, R1 and R2 are the same or different, and represent H or a substituted or non-substituted phenyl; and A, B, C and D are the same or different, and each represents a substituted or non-substituted phenyl, substituted or non-substituted phenylene, substituted or non-substituted naphthalene, substituted or non-substituted C6-C40 aryl, substituted or non-substituted biphenyl, substituted or non-substituted anthracene, or substituted or non-substituted C1-C30 alkyl, wherein the substituent is at least one selected from halogen atoms, methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, methoxy, ethoxy, phenoxy, benzyl, phenethyl, phenylpropyl, nitro, cyano, dimethylamino, dibenzylamino, diphenylamino, morpholino, phenyl, tolyl, biphenyl, naphthyl, anthryl, pyrenyl, pyridyl, thienyl, puryl, quinolyl and carbazolyl.
