<p>The device has a transmission line (7) comprising an input port (P1) with an input voltage and an input current. A transmission line (9) has an output port (P2) with an output voltage and an output current. The lines are connected by voltage limiting devices (21-23). The device provides the input and output voltages and the input and output currents to two components e.g. amplifier, respectively, during transmission of a high frequency signal between the components. The input and output voltages and the input and output currents are negative or DC or alternating voltages.</p> |
