The method involves elaborating an order comprising data defining a customized jewel (14), by a user e.g. client. Term for delivery is determined and is transmitted to the user by a production system (1). The order is evaluated, and a command for executing the order is elaborated if the order is valid. The jewel is fabricated and is sent to the user by a fabrication unit (3) e.g. digital control unit, of the system.
