The method involves associating a screen of a television to a telephony network to allow the transmission of information such as photograph, relative to calling persons and to allow the visualization of the information by a called person. A suitable unit is provided to the called person to allow the called person to call one of the calling persons, and to follow up the incoming call when it is called and after visualizing the information. A telephone handset with a microphone and an actionable key is provided for controlling the information displayed on the screen.
