The device (1) has a transversal supporting rod (16) extended along diameter of an upper periphery edge of a bowl (10). Movable slicing units (20, 30) are pivotally mounted at an interior of the bowl for slicing the curd along slicing directions (F1, F2), where the directions are perpendicular to each other. The slicing units (20) vertically extend under the rod in a direction of a central bottom of the bowl, while the slicing units (30) are assembled on a rotational axle (31) perpendicular to the rod. An anti-rotation unit is provided with a solid thin plate.
