<p>The method involves electrically realizing an automobile fuse (1) such as test fuse, to be characterized, using a normalized test equipment by the intermediate of auxiliary fuses (1', 1'') identical to the automobile fuse to be characterized. Each of the auxiliary fuses is connected to one of two tabs (2a, 2b) of the automobile fuse to be characterized by soft solder type weld point connections (7a, 7b) with a low fusing point constituting a very low thermal drain in an end to end manner, so that the behavior of the fuse to be characterized is nearest to the behavior on a vehicle.</p> |
