PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer capable of preventing occurrence of contamination of a biosample, which is caused by diffusion of mist, by separating the mist exhausted from the analyzer. SOLUTION: An automatic analyzer 1 comprises: a reactor; an analyzing part; a washing apparatus inserted into the reactor; a suction and discharge member 30a-37a, 30c-35c, sucking and washing a reaction liquid and/or a washing liquid in the reactor; a vacuum pump 42, connected with the suction and discharge member 30a-37a, 30c-35c, supplying negative pressure to the suction and discharge member 30a-37a, 30c-35c; a manifold 41 separating the reaction liquid and/or the washing liquid, sucked by the vacuum pump 42 through the suction and discharge member 30a-37a, 30c-35c, and gas; and a mist separator 43 separating mist from the gas, separated by the manifold 41.
