PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of cavitation in a main liquid chamber. SOLUTION: An insertion hole 20 larger in opening area than other through holes 23 and opened toward the outer peripheral edge part of a movable plate 18, is included in a plurality of through holes 23 formed in a first partition plate 21, and a radially outer part 20a located at an outer end in the radial direction of the first partition plate 21 is extended along the outer peripheral edge of the movable plate 18 on the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole 20 and located radially outward from the other through holes 23. When vibration of amplitude with a threshold value or more is applied to an outer cylinder 11 or a mounting member 12 to drop the pressure of liquid in the main liquid chamber 16, the movable plate 18 is brought into close contact with the first partition plate 21 by the pressure difference to close the plurality of through holes 23, and a facing part, facing the insertion hole 20, of the movable plate 18 enters the insertion hole 20 to allow the main liquid chamber 16 and an auxiliary liquid chamber 17 to communicate with each other through the insertion hole 20.
