PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat plane type display device capable of preventing a line on a COF from being disconnected when the COF where the flat plane type display device is connected to an external circuit is bent. SOLUTION: The line on the COF is branched from wide-width lines to narrow-width lines, that is, from t1 to t3 or from t4 to t6 on an area where the line of the COF is connected to a terminal part 11 of a TFT. By shifting the branching area like an arrow mark A or B to each other, a stress applied to the wiring branching area is dispersed and the disconnection is avoided when the COF is bent or deformed.
