PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing device equipped with a sensor capable of preventing misdetection resulting from disturbances, and moreover, is capable of instantaneously detecting both load and rotational speed of a wheel. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a cover 21 in the shape of a cylinder, having a bottom covering one end section side of a fixed race ring 1, a sensor rotor 22 provided on a side being one end portion of a rotating race ring 2, 3 and having the cover 21, and comprising a cylindrical body where a plurality of slits or apertures 27 are formed at equal intervals along the circumferential direction, and two-phase output type magnetic sensors 41 arranged so as to face the slits or apertures 27 of the sensor rotor 22 at the bottom surface of the cover 21. The magnetic sensors 41 are arranged, at four spots at equal intervals around the axis of the bearing device H, and are constituted so that the rotational speed of the race ring 2, 3 are detected from the outputs of the magnetic sensors 41, and detect the load acting on the bearing device H from the amplitudes and the phase differences from among the outputs.
