PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict functions and menu picture contents to be used in accordance with user attributes, the present time, and the present location. SOLUTION: In a mobile communication terminal, a preset function and a template of a menu picture to be displayed on a display unit are selected in accordance with a combination of user attributes, the present time and the present location.
