PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electromagnetic noise countermeasure structure for a printed board, capable of reducing an unwanted radiation noise due to two GNDs and improving durability against an incoming noise when two GNDs unconnectable directly to each other for differences in characteristics are provided on the same plane of a printed board. SOLUTION: When two grounds 1, 2 to be adjacently disposed on the same plane of the printed board cannot be directly connected to each other for differences in characteristics on the printed board, the grounds 1, 2 are connected to each other via a circuit element 3 as the one selected from among a resistor element, a capacitor and an inductor, thereby stabilizing the potential between the grounds 1, 2.
