PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a change kit for the versatile IC handler corresponding to many kinds of electronic components in the IC handler provided with a measurement robot capable of a position adjustment of the holding electronic components. SOLUTION: The bottom of each supply pocket 32 of the supply side change kit 31 includes the suction hole 33 for sucking the IC chip, and the bottom of each recovery pocket 35 of the recovery side change kit 34 the dimple plate provided with the dimples for fitting with the vamp of the bottom of the IC chip. Therefore, at each of pockets 32, 35 the position of the IC chip is held at the migration of the first and the second shuttles 16, 17 on the mounted position without moving. The holding of the IC chip requires no internal faces of the pockets 32, 35, therefore the outer size of the pocket 32, 35 can be made large without restriction by the size of the IC chip. As the result, the versatility of the change kit 31 of the supply side and the change kit 34 on the recovery side can be improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
