PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition for ionomer resins excellent in adhesiveness to primer-less ionomer resins. SOLUTION: This adhesive composition used for the ionomer resins comprises a urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting diphenylmethane diisocyanate with a polyol and having a number-average mol. wt. of≥2,000, and at least one adhesiveness-imparting agent selected from the group consisting of hydrogenated xylylene diisocyanate, tetramethylxylylene diisocyanate, triphenylmethane triisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate and their biuret products, and a method for producing a composite product using the same.
