Arc extinguisher-resin molded article comprises a resin composition containing a polyolefin resin (A), in which a part of hydrogen atom in the methyl chain is substituted by hydroxyl group and amount of the hydroxyl group with respect to 1 molecule of methyl is 0.2-0.7 molecule, where resin molded article is exposed to irradiation for cross-linking, after the molding process. An independent claim is included for a circuit breaker comprising a fixed contact section with a fixed contact piece, a movable contact section (1) with movable contact piece (6) to contact with the fixed contact section (5) and for execution of closing and opening procedures with the fixed contact section, and an arc extinguisher module, which eliminates an arc formed with the opening and closing procedures between the fixed contact section and the movable contact section, where the arc extinguisher module comprises the arc extinguisher-resin molded article.
