The device (10) has a cladding bag (12) provided with a fillable opening (15) at its proximal end (14) and partially made of thermoplastic polyurethane, where the bag has a foil. The cladding bag is partially filled with a non-degradable plastic e.g. thermoplastic polyurethane, where the plastic is foamed. The cladding bag is supported by a lattice structure from metallic material, plastic material or ceramic material, where the cladding bag is tightened inside or outside on the lattice structure, which is made of shape memory material i.e. nitinol. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an inserting device for inserting an occlusion device (2) a system comprising an inserting device and an occlusion device.
