A tape carrier package is provided to radiate heat effectively generated from a drive IC of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) to prevent the tape carrier package from being deformed by the heat and improve the display quality of the LCD. A tape carrier package(204) includes a base film(214), a drive IC(Integrated Circuit)(205), a heat-radiating part(215), an input pad(212), and an output pad(211). The drive IC is formed on the base film. The heat-radiating part is formed on the base film and connected to the drive ID to radiate heat generated from the drive IC. The input pad is formed at one end of the backside of the base film and connected to the drive IC and a printed circuit board. The output pad is formed at the other end of the backside of the base film and connected to the drive IC and the printed circuit board. |
