摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system with a high COP (a coefficient of performance) capable of selectively storing hot water and cold water in one storage tank, and having no possibility of freezing even during the winter season, in regard to a heat pump system carrying out hot water supply and air conditioning. <P>SOLUTION: The heat pump system has a heat pump circuit part 1, a brine circuit 31, a water communication circuit 32, and a bath circulation circuit 37. An evaporator of the heat pump circuit part 1 is a second heat exchanger carrying out heat exchange between a coolant of the heat pump circuit part 1 and the brine circuit 31, and brine is cooled by the second heat exchanger. A third heat exchanger carrying out heat exchange with water flowing through the water communication circuit 32 is provided in the brine circuit 31, and the water of the water communication passage 32 is cooled via the third heat exchanger. The brine flows through the second heat exchanger being the evaporator.
