<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of increasing a storage area while suppressing an increase in power consumption to the fixed extent in a semiconductor device for performing communication with an external device. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device is configured so as to transmit and receive information and perform power supply by electromagnetic coupling by communicating with a non-contact external device 50 in a non-contact manner, wherein a rectifier circuit 12 rectifies alternating voltage received from the external device 50, outputs first direct current voltage equal to or lower than rectified reference voltage and supplies the first direct current voltage to a first regulator 13 and a second regulator 14. The first regulator 13 stably outputs second direct current voltage lower than the rectified reference voltage on the basis of the first direct current voltage and supplies the second direct current voltage as power supply voltage Vcc to a CPU core 2.
