ON-AXIS MOBILE MECHANISM, TWO-DIMENSIONAL MOBILE MECHANISM, AND ELECTRONIC COMPONENT MOUNTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-axis mobile mechanism capable of preventing a circumference from becoming dirty with lubricating oil falling from the end part of a mobile member, and to provide a two-dimensional mobile mechanism, and an electronic component mounting device.

SOLUTION: An X-axis lubricating oil cover 46 is arranged to cover the end part of a place where the X-axis screw shaft 42 of an X-axis nut member 41 is put through. An X-axis gutter member 47 extending in parallel with the X-axis screw shaft 42 is arranged in the lower part of the X-axis screw shaft 42. The X-axis lubricating oil cover 46 receives the lubricating oil falling from the end part of the X-axis nut member 41 and discharges the lubricating oil from a lubricating oil discharge port opening downward. The X-axis gutter member 47 receives the lubricating oil discharged from the X-axis lubricating oil cover 46 and allows the oil to flow down.
