<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator using Schmitt trigger which outputs oscillation signals, having an always-constant frequency without depending on the change of a peripheral environment such as a temperature and a voltage. <P>SOLUTION: This oscillator using Schmitt trigger is provided with a constant-current generating section 310 for generating the fixed magnitude of a current, a current mirroring section 330 for mirroring the current which the constant-current generating section 310 has generated, a control section 320 for supplying and intercepting the current applied via the current mirroring section 330, a capacitor C for charging the current supplied from the control section 320, a Schmitt-trigger section 340 for outputting a high or low-level voltage by applying a voltage charged in the capacitor C, and a voltage delay section 350 for delaying and outputting the voltage outputted from the Schmitt-trigger section 340. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
