<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in the conventional technique of transmitting data related to personal information and enabling a receiver to use a portion thereof, wherein it is unreasonable that the use limit is not set by the provider of the personal information data and an availability level preset in a server, imposes limitation on the users, and it is inconvenient and difficult to quickly respond to a request for data disclosure as a result of an increased in reliability and closeness, while the initial availability level is continuously maintained unless the setting is changed. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus controls display of the received data, according to the decision result whether a communication history of data transmission and/or reception satisfy a predetermined condition.
