<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide grounding structure of a rotating body improved in electric stability by securing a grounding state. <P>SOLUTION: The grounding structure is equipped with: a conveying belt 8 turning and moving by a driving roller 5 and a driven roller 6 as rotating bodies; a bearing 18 rotatably supporting the driven roller 6 as the rotating body; a bearing 19 rotatably supporting the rotating body separately from the bearing 18; and an energizing member 21 energizing the bearing 19 toward the center of rotation of the rotating body.
